Mbombe
The Mbombe is a South African wheeled 6×6 Armored Personnel Carrier. It was developed at the end of 2010 by Paramount Group. The Mbombe was realized exclusively for the exportation market.
The Mbombe was unveiled at the African Aerospace and Defense Expo in 2010. It has an important level of protection from ballistics, anti-mine and anti-IED. The Mbombe can be fitted with a large variety of weapons including machine guns, automatic cannons up to a caliber of 30mm and anti-tank missiles with a man or radio operated turret.
Kazakhstan will produce the Mbombe starting in 2015 under the name Barys.
